The makers have officially confirmed that Kattalan will make its OTT debut on August 13, 2026.
The film will stream exclusively on ManoramaMAX, allowing audiences to watch Antony Varghese and Sunil’s action thriller from home.

Kattalan failed to create much momentum at the box office and received a largely underwhelming response from audiences. The film currently holds a 2.6/5 rating on Letterboxd, based on around 1,600 reviews.
The critical response was similarly mixed to negative. The Hindu, for instance, found the film a difficult watch, adding to the disappointment surrounding its theatrical reception.
With its OTT release now around the corner, Kattalan could get a second chance with viewers who skipped its theatrical run or want to judge the film for themselves.
